The deal, in the fewest words that still mean something.
Using Supper means agreeing to this. It is short on purpose. Last updated 27 August 2026.
Every number is an estimate
Supper reads a sentence and guesses what you ate and roughly what was in it. The guesses are good enough to be useful and are certainly wrong sometimes. That is why the app shows you the sentence, the ingredients and a confidence on every entry, so you can check the guess rather than trust it.
Supper is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice, and must not be used to manage a medical condition. If you have a condition where what you eat matters clinically, such as diabetes, an allergy, kidney disease, or an eating disorder, talk to someone qualified and do not make decisions from these numbers. See the sources behind the goals and scores Supper works out for you.
Your account
You need to be at least 13. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens under your account is your responsibility. Tell us at hello@logsupper.com if you think someone else is in it.
What you log is yours
Your meals, photos, recordings and notes remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to run the service: to store it, to pass it to the companies listed in the privacy page, and to show it back to you. Nothing broader. We do not train models on it, sell it, or publish it.
The subscription
Supper costs $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Before that, you get 25 AI meal estimates free, with no card. When they run out, the app asks you to subscribe; nothing you have already logged is taken away.
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. Prices can change, but never mid-period, and never without telling you first.
You cancel wherever you bought it. If you subscribed on iPhone or Android, cancel in the App Store or Play Store, because we genuinely cannot do it for you from our side. If you subscribed on the web, cancel in Supper’s settings. Either way you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Refunds
Bought on the web: email hello@logsupper.com within 14 days and you get your money back, no questions.
Bought through the App Store or Play Store: refunds are Apple’s and Google’s to give, under their own policies, and have to be requested from them.
Using it reasonably
Do not attack the service, scrape it, resell it, use it to break the law, or try to get at other people’s data. Automated bulk use of the AI parsing is not what the price is for. We can suspend or close an account that does these things; if we close yours without cause, you get the unused part of what you paid.
You can stop any time by deleting your account, which erases your data as described in the privacy page.
What we don’t promise
Supper is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, that the estimates will be accurate, or that it fits any particular purpose you have in mind.
If something goes wrong and we are held liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it happened. Where the law where you live does not allow that limit, it does not apply to you.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, the date at the top changes and we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Supper after that means the new terms apply.
Law, and who we are
Supper is run by Matthew Nordberg, an individual, in Colorado, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute goes to the courts there. Nothing here removes a consumer protection your own country grants you and does not let you waive.
