About
Most food logs fail for the same reason.
They ask you to translate a meal into their vocabulary. Find the brand, pick the serving, adjust the grams, repeat four times a day. The data is fine. But the effort is a real tax that adds up, and it's why the average tracker is abandoned within three weeks.
Supper takes the natural answer to the simple question, "What did you have for lunch?" and does the translating for you. When it gets something wrong you correct it in the same language; no searching, weighing, or heavy lifting. My bet is that the best food log for you is the one you'll actually use.
I built this app to replace the food trackers I wasn't using, either. I care a lot about your experience, and would love to hear from you about feedback, suggestions, or how you're using the app. Email feedback@logsupper.com.

PRINCIPLE 01
Eight seconds or it doesn't count
Every extra tap has to justify itself. Too difficult to log, and you're ready to quit (and we don't blame you).
PRINCIPLE 02
Always show our work
Intelligent estimation streamlines the process, but you need to see the numbers and the process. Every entry keeps its source, shows its ingredients and lets you log confidently.
PRINCIPLE 03
No streak guilt
We count days logged. We keep you honest. But we don't send push notifications about the ones you missed. Healthy nutrition is a lifestyle, not a game.
PRINCIPLE 04
Quality, not just quantity
Important metrics like fiber and whole-food ratings take first class beside calories and macros. Calories count, but it's what you eat that determines how your body feels.
