Something wrong? Write to us and a person answers.
Supper is small enough that support is not a queue. Email hello@logsupper.com and you will hear back. Below are the answers to the things people write in about most.
Getting help
Email hello@logsupper.com for anything: a bug, a charge you do not recognize, an account you cannot get into, a meal the app read wrong, or a question this page does not answer. There is no ticket system and no bot. It reaches the person who builds the app.
It helps to say which device you are on (iPhone, Android or the web app) and, if something looked wrong on screen, roughly when it happened. Do not send us your password. We will never ask for it.
Feature requests and general feedback are welcome at feedback@logsupper.com, which goes to the same place but keeps the two piles separate.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, without asking anyone.
In the app: open the You tab and tap Delete account. It is the same place on iPhone, on Android, and in the web app.
Without the app installed: sign in at app.logsupper.com/you in any browser and use the same Delete account row. You do not need to reinstall anything to delete your data.
If you cannot sign in, email hello@logsupper.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
What deletion removes
Deleting signs you out immediately and erases your meals, foods, recipes, coach conversations, streaks, profile and body details, push token, and sign-in records. There is no thirty-day grace period and no archived copy. It is gone, and we cannot restore it for you either.
What survives: a record of what you paid, which we keep for as long as tax and accounting law requires. It contains your payment history and none of your meals. Database backups kept for disaster recovery roll off on their own short schedule, and nobody reads them.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought on the App Store or Play Store. Those live with Apple and Google, not with us. Cancel there first, or you will keep being charged for an account that no longer exists. See below.
Subscription and billing
Supper is $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year, after 25 AI meal estimates free with no card. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancel wherever you bought it. Subscribed on iPhone? Cancel in your App Store subscription settings. Subscribed on Android? Cancel in your Play Store subscriptions. Subscribed on the web? Open You → Manage subscription. We genuinely cannot cancel a store subscription from our side. Either way you keep access until the period you already paid for runs out.
Refunds. Bought on the web: email hello@logsupper.com within 14 days and you get your money back, no questions. Bought through the App Store or Play Store: refunds are Apple’s and Google’s to give, under their own policies, and have to be requested from them.
Paid but still seeing the paywall? On iPhone or Android, tap Restore purchases on the paywall. That asks the store directly, and it is also what to use after reinstalling or switching to a new phone. If it still will not unlock, write in with the date of the charge and we will sort it out.
Common problems
Supper read my meal wrong. Open the entry and fix it. Every entry keeps the sentence you gave it and the ingredients it worked out, so you can correct a portion, swap an ingredient or remove one without starting over. The numbers are estimates and always were, and the app shows its work so you can check it rather than trust it.
Dictation is not working. Supper dictates using your device’s own speech recognition, so it needs both microphone and speech recognition permission granted to Supper in your device settings, and it needs a network connection. If your device has no recognizer available, Supper records the audio and transcribes it on our side instead, which needs a connection too.
Coach hints and nudges. Supper sends one kind of notification: a nudge in the evening if you have a streak going and have not logged anything that day. Nothing else, and nothing about days you missed. Turn it off with Coach hints under the You tab. If you want them and they are not arriving, check that notifications are allowed for Supper in your phone’s settings.
I cannot sign in. Use the password reset on the sign-in screen. If you originally signed in with Apple or Google, use that same button rather than a password, because an account created that way does not have one. If you used Apple’s Hide My Email, we never saw your real address, so write to us from the relay address if you need help.
My day rolled over at the wrong time. Supper counts a day in the timezone stored on your account, which it updates from your device each time you open the app. If you have traveled, opening the app is enough to set it right.
Your data and privacy
The privacy page lists everything Supper collects, every company it passes through and why, and confirms what we do not do: no advertising identifiers, no tracking you across other companies, and no selling your data. Photos are never stored, and voice notes are deleted the second they become text.
Wherever you live, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@logsupper.com. The terms cover the rest of the agreement.
